“The Big Book of Ketogenic Diet Cooking” by Jen Fisch & Julie Smith
Let’s face it, the hardest part of starting the Ketogenic diet is knowing what to eat!
Like me, many people didn’t prepare very well when they started the Keto diet. They didn’t have a meal plan, the basic low carb foods in their cupboards or even an idea of what they were going to have for their next meal! Well “The Big Book of Ketogenic Diet Cooking” by Jen Fisch & Julie Smith is the book I wish I had bought when I began following the Keto diet.
I like “The Big Book of Ketogenic Diet Cooking” because it not only provides over 200 recipes, but also offers a number of customizable 2-week meal plans to get you started. I especially like the fact that it provides Keto alternatives to a number of everyday meals, so you wont miss your regular food so much.
My wife, Joanne, and I often refer back to this book, even some months into our Keto / Intermittent Fasting lifestyle, for inspiration so I can honestly recommend this book as an essential part of your Keto toolkit.
